IB market data feed for FTSE 100 CASH INDEX

Hi,

I am having issue downloading market data from IB for FTSE 100 Index (^Z) becuase it only downloads data upto 16:00 but it should close at 16:30. Does anyone have this same issue becuase I am trying to get the close of each day for FTSE 100 Index?

Hello NingNing,

What version of the platform are you using? Version 7 offers session templates that you may need to customize for this market. Check this with Right click > Data Series > Set Session Template to default 24 / 7.

If using version 6.5, check your session end time to make sure it's later than 4:30.

Let us know if it's still not working as you expect and what interval you're viewing.

How are the bars constructed when viewing through TraderWorkStation? Are you able to view the index up until 4:30?
