    Unable to send trace to support

    I keep getting '...connection host has failed to respond 64.38.21.160:25'

    Thanks for your forum post.

    Unfortunately, the mail to support feature does not function for some users due to a variety of factors which are beyond our control. While we expect to correct this in future versions of the software, we ask that you continue to contact support as you are now for the time being or to send your trace and log files manually to support at ninjatrader dot com.

    You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email.
    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20100802 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20100802 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
