saving drawings and chart setups

I searched help for "save drawings" and haven't found an answer. I'm unclear how/if drawings are saved.

Are they saved in the current workspace?

Are they auto-saved or do I explicitly have to save the entire workspace again?

For that matter how do various newly added chart windows work with workspaces. Are they auto-saved when the workspace is closed or do I manually save the workspace to ensure the new setup is retained?

Hello Bill,

Yes, drawing objects are saved as part of a workspace. Any changes made to workspaces either through charts added or objects drawn must be saved.

You can save manually through File > Workspace > Save workspace or by answering yes to that prompt when you shutdown NinjaTrader.
