New Bar did not draws until 10 seconds after the timer closed

I sync my time to tick.usno.navy.mil just minutes before market open market open 9:30 and then I launched NT.

When I am using the ZF feed, the chart is drawn correct. Today, I use TT feed and the new bar didn't start drawing until 10 seconds after the timer reached zero. As you can see from the youtube link below, after the timer reached 0, it the current bar still drawing and when the new bar is drawn it said 4:50.

Needless to say, this give me a different chart when reloaded with Zen.

Can you check what is the problem?

You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100728.txt'.
