orders not getting filled

When making a buy/sell, the order is not getting filled on live account. I was able to make live trades earlier. Once it stopped filling trades, I tried reloading NT 7..19. I viewed the log and this is what it has...

that's all....I am connected to PFG and the account is well funded. It worked earlier and now it does not. Only thing I have done is load BEST direct platform for back up purposes.

Can you please forward us your log and trace files for today's date so that we can review the full order executions.

Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
