Ninja w/ TT -- quotes not updating?

Hi -- I'm running the most recent edition of v 6.5 ... I'm logged in to my account (TT via Velocity) and the little green box in the bottom left hand corner says I'm connected ... but price is not updating anywhere -- not on the chart, not in market analyzer, not in the DOM, not in the control center. Please advise. Thanks!

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100730.txt'.
