Chart not loading

I have 3 charts up with only 3 days loaded on each .. I want to load a fourth chart with 20 days but when I get above 10 days historical,, seems like Ninja just kind of forgets to load the chart at all.. I'm able to close the blank chart and doesn't effect my other charts,, My cpu usually is about 35-40% when its actually loading.. This is win7 ultimate with 6 g of memory... 6.5.16 Nt.

Check the logs and trace but nothing seems to show..

1.) Which specific version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

2.) Who is your data provider?

. 6.5.16 Nt.,, Zen fire . Does Ninja do the historical data?

Thanks for the clarification.

1.) With Zen-Fire connections, NinjaTrader does provide the historical data.

2.) For this issue, please test using the following steps:

• Open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace)
• Add the same number of charts in the same intervals.

In this new workspace, do all charts load as you would expect, or does the issue occur here as well?

I rebooted and problem gone away,,,, If I have the saved historical data the charts fill,, seems like when one connects up Zen that it seems to reload everything again from scratch?

I cannot explain why I reboot of the software would have resolved the issue in this case, but am glad to hear that you're back up and running.

Should this pop up again, please post in this thread again and I'll follow up with you.
