Instal folder

Good day
Having trouble with empty charts, I checked the logs & found:
"Could not find NinjaTrader user directory []."
That I guess is because I have the
Documents and Settings\
folder reassigned to another folder - in which Ninja duly
creates its folder - which it then fails to find at runtime.
I've tried moving the folder NT creates to
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\
but NT simply recreated the old one in the reassigned folder.
I'm wondering if NT is able to handle the Windows
option for reassigning
Documents and Settings\
to another folder.
Is there a workaround?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100721.txt'.
