Hi, I have set up both the Eur/USD n USD/JPY charts for sim trading. However, when those are connected, there r NO Superdoms. How can I get the Doms working for the charts? Please assist. TQ.

Thank you for your post.
Can you please confirm you have the EURUSD and USDJPY added to your Default instrument list. If you do not please add them to your Default list at this time.
I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over Adding/Removing Instruments.
Next go to File-->New-->Dynamic SuperDOM and once open select your instrument from the Instrument drop down menu.
If you still uanble to see the current Bid/Ask price please tell me if you are receiving real time data in the Orders tab of the Control Center and what data provider you are connected to.
