Problem with Volume UpDn indicator with "range Charts" over 11 range

I am trying to use the Volume UpDN indicator with a 16 range chart and can only use it up to a 10 range chart. After that I get no volume bars on my chart. My data provider is Interactive Brokers which says it is not their data. Any thoughts?

If you're not sure, I would suggest contacting IB to confirm.

Kyle, I'm not using Level II data, but will sign up and let you know if that fixes the problem.

Kyle, Interactive Brokers tells me there is no Level II data for the S&P e-mini. It trade on the CME. Am I out of luck?

Not necessarily - you could use a secondary data source for this instrument.

Kyle, thank you very much for your help. I am using e-signal with level II quotes for the e-mini S&P and it works. For the record, Interactive Brokers does not provide that data.
