Live and Sim on one computer?

Hello,

I want to ask how I can do for trading live and sim with NT7. Is it possible to have on one computer the live trading and on another computer the SIM. This depends maybe from the broker as I need 2 datafeeds? Or can I use one datafeed for both live-trading and sim-trading?

Thank you for your post.

You can install NinjaTrader on multiple computers but you can only use your Live NinjaTrader license key on one computer at a time or else this would place you in violation of the NinjaTrader End User License Agreement.

If you want to have another instance of NinjaTrader running on a separate computer simultaneously, then you can follow this link to sign up for a free NinjaTrader license key

Most data feed providers & brokers do not allow multiple connections to the same account. You would most likely need to acquire an additional data feed to drive both NinjaTrader platforms simultaneously.
