Zenfire Symbol list....

Can someone please define what futures symbols we can load with zenfie connection. I can't seem to load any of the metals, meats or softs. I have added them in the instrument manager but still get a blank chart. What am I not doing right?

Thank you for your post.

In order to assist you I will need a little more information.

1. Can you please clarify exactly which instruments you are trying to view?
2. Are there any error messages on the Log tab of the control center?
3. Are you running V6.5 or V7?
4. What time interval are you trying to view in the chart?
5. Is there data coming in through the control center for these instruments?

If you could provide me with a screen shot of the Instrument settings from the Instrument Editor that you setup, I can test this on my end and ensure you have this setup correctly.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
