Can someone please define what futures symbols we can load with zenfie connection. I can't seem to load any of the metals, meats or softs. I have added them in the instrument manager but still get a blank chart. What am I not doing right?

Thank you for your post.
In order to assist you I will need a little more information.
- Can you please clarify exactly which instruments you are trying to view?
- Are there any error messages on the Log tab of the control center?
- Are you running V6.5 or V7?
- What time interval are you trying to view in the chart?
- Is there data coming in through the control center for these instruments?
If you could provide me with a screen shot of the Instrument settings from the Instrument Editor that you setup, I can test this on my end and ensure you have this setup correctly.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
