installation problem

hi ,

please i need help because when i'm trying to install NT 6.5 ,the installer download the 32 MB packages but after that ther's no thing happened (no installation).
i tried to re-download it, but it still the same problem, the packages are downloaded but not installed

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

• Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
• Delete your browsing history
• Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

• Repeat above instructions
• Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

the download process is completed correctly and the 32 MB packages are downloaded correctly too.
but the problem : after that the download process was successfully completed, there is no installation process (no thing is happened after the download )

Hi,

Can you please reboot your PC and then send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com regarding this installation. Also, can you please clarify which browser you are using.
