Unable to load charts using NT 6.5 v16

I just upgraded from an earlier version of NT 6.5 to NT 6.5 v16. Everything worked fine before upgrading this afternoon. Since upgrading I am unable to create charts while connected to either my data feeds or brokers. I just get a pop-up message "Please wait... Saving". However, all of my old data is there. If I disconnect my data and broker feeds then I can create charts using old data only. What's the next step?

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
1. Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
2. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
3. Select the "Misc" tab
4. Press the "Repair DB" button
5. Press the "OK" button

If this does not correct the issue, please send me your log & trace files for today’s date or the most recent time you experienced this issue. You can find these in the (My) Documents folder at the files paths:
1. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD

Just attach these text files (.txt) to your email and send to support AT ninjatrader DOT com
