IB: Error in requesting historical data from IB

This was already enabled. Unable to pull any historical data for HHI. During market hours, I was able to build real-time bars, but nothing is saved as mentioned in my previous e-mail.

Can you please tell me what time interval chart you are attempting to open. Also are you conneting to a Live IB account or a Demo IB account?

It does not matter what time interval, 1 min,5 min, 15min, etc. I have a live IB account. I am able to open charts for other instruments
