TD - shorting stock

I am running NT beta 7.0.18 and use TD ameritrade as my broker. Just recently i noticed when trying to initiate a short order on a stock it pops up a message " td, Your order(s) can't be place. The total quantity of outstanding open sell order(s) exceeds the quantity you hold. affected Order: Sell ". I can place the same order within TD ameritrades website so im not sure exactly what is going on, could someone please help/explain?

You will find the log file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
Today's log file would be named 'log.20100707.txt'
