Charts Not Loading

Hi,

After upgrading to the newest version of NT 6.5 this morning, along with updating Windows, my charts refuse to load. Is there anything I can do on my end or any information I can send you (trace files, etc) to help get me back?

Thank you for your post.

You will need to send us your Log & Trace files for today’s date. Just include these text (.txt) files as a normal attachment to your email.

Please send your email to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

You can find these in the (My) Documents folder in the following file folders:
1. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

You can attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email.
