Ninja on Windows Server test email returns 503: Already Authenticated

I'm running NinjaTrader on an offsite server and the mail server is on the same machine. When I try to run the test email, from the Tools > Options > Misc tab, I get the following error:

Failed to send test email: 503 You are already authenticated.

I've inquired with the hosting company and they have given me the appropriate outgoing smtp server and port number I should be using.

Any thoughts? Maybe a way to use Ninja's email without authentication, or am I way off?

Thank you for your post.

Are those correct port and smtp settings in place?
Have you tried configuring the connection without usernames/passwords?

Unfortunately, this function can fail due to a variety of factors which are beyond our control and simply will not function with some users setups.
