Indicator on indicator

I have been trying to find an example of a strategy that uses an indicator and then uses another indicator as a function of the first. Specifically, I want to define and plot TSI of my primary data series. And then I want to define and plot the SMA of the TSI. Finally to initiate trades based on the CrossAbove(CrossBelow) of TSI of its signal(SMA).

I am using NT7 and can set a chart up with the original series in one panel and TSI/SMA in panel 2. Trying to replicate same.

Can anyone give me some pointers or point me some similar code that I can use as a reference.
