I'm running a TT data feed on NT 7 Beta 18. NONE of the chart types (i.e., 1 min, 5 min, 150 tick, 300 tick, etc.) is loading for the ES 09-10 contract. The title bar for each of the charts is also blank.
Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center? Yes.
Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center? No.
What time interval chart are you attempting to open? 1 min, 5 min, 150 tick, 300 tick.
When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out? Grayed out.
What instrument and expiry month are you attempting to load? ES 09-10.
I'm trying to load chart data for five days back with a last date of 7/6/2010. So far, the following tactics have not helped: 1) renaming/repairing the db; 2) deleting and replacing the account connection.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
