Demo with no feed

Hi,
I am sitting on a demo 6.5 and since the 2nd of July three charts stopped feeding at 21.53, 22.13 and 22.14 swedish time. I have reinstalled, taken off my antivirus, reconnecting etc - nothing works! What is wrong? The demo should be working a few days more - started it at 10th of June. Goldenmangos

Can you please tell me what instruments you have selected in these charts.

Could it be these instruments are not trading yet?

It is two charts on ES 09-10 with different ticks and a 6E09-12. I have seen them in action - they have been moving. It's just that everything has gone to a standstill - even the Sim101.
