Not able to connect to AMP/TT with NT7

    Not able to connect to AMP/TT with NT7

    I was online for most of the regular market and then shut down to go to town . Now I'm
    not able to connect . I was on V 17 so I updated to v18 , but I still can't connect . It says
    connecting but never completes . I thought data should be available till late tonight ???

    T2020, is this a demo or live account you attempt to connect to? Likely you're running into the weekend maintenance, please retry later again.

      I am also unable to connect now with nt7 and TT feed. Im on win 7 as well, this is a live feed, not a demo account.

        Ok, this time ninja froze when i tried to shut it down after it didn't connect after 4 min

          Just tested my TT connectivity here and see no issues on latest NT7 B18 - do you get any errors listed in the logs? Would you mind sending those over to review via Help > Mail to Support?

          Have you retried after a fresh reboot of the PC already?

            I am also having issues connecting via AMP/Zen-Fire - Demo account as well as Live account on multiple machines.

            I started up NT6.5 and there are no issues connecting to the same accounts.

            Seems to be isolated to NT7.

            Here is the last log entry for NT7B18

            7/17/2010 9:14:54 AM Connection AMP live: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)

            Here is the login with the same account with NT6.5

            7/17/2010 9:05:14 AM Default Current license: Type=Regular State=Verified StartDate=.......

                Unable to Connect to Ninja with AMP/Demo Account

                Hi,
                I am also not able to connect to AMP/Demo account.
                It worked fine yesterday.
                I am using NT7 Version 18

                This is using Zenfire.

                I even got a new account id from AMP today because I thought the one i had expired.

                    Im having problems with TT connectivity...

                    I get no error messages. It just says "connecting-Trading Technologies"on the bottom. It never goes away, and because it never connects to it and can't disconnect from it. I have to shut it down.
                    Ill send you the log files.
                    I've never had a problem before with TT.
