I am a returning client to Ninja. It seems that I remember having to pay extra for the ATM feature. Have the ATM fees been included in the standard fee?

The Direct Edition License provided by brokers for live trading without purchase of a NinjaTrader license would not include the ATM features.
However, any license you purchase directly will include all software features and the ability to trade live. I have included our purchase options below.
