Time and sales computation logic

Can i check, the time listed on my Time and Sales list, is that value the value sent to me by my datafeeder, or is it the time value my ninjatrader assigns when ever they receive the data?

ie

Datafeed sends information X size 1 at 09:00:00
Ninjatrader receives X size 1 at 09:00:01

Time and sales window

????? X 1

Thank you for your post.

This information will be time stamped based off of your local PC clock as apposed to your brokers time stamp.
