Can't get charts to recognize 1/10th pricing for Forex

Hi have Esignal and use it to connect for my primary data. I noticed all of a sudden that some of the currencie pairs I'm looking at are not displaying the extra 1/10th pricng. But some of them are displaying it. And the settings are set to view 1/10th pricing. So for example the setting for EURUSD Tick size is set to 0.00001, and price value is set to 100000. Is there something that is may be off with this and why some pairs are showing the extra 1/10th pip?

Just to confirm: Are you setting this as well through Tools > Options > Misc Tab > Quote Currencies in Tenth Pip?

Yes it's set to 1/10th of a pip. Like I said Some of my currencie pairs are quoteing the 1/10th. But some others aren't which is weird. So I just need some options as to which settings might be off.

Per $EURUSD, can you provide me with a value you are receiving and the value you would be expecting?

The point value is set at 100000. Is that what your talking about?

What values are you seeing and what do you expect to see?

I'm expecting to see 1.24559. The extra 1/10th of a pip. Or 1.24555

With 10th pip settings, '1.2455' would be the expected outcome.

Can you tell me which other instruments you're looking at which quote in the other format?
