Annoyance: "always on top" splash screen

It takes several minutes for NT to load and the splash screen stays on top of my computer screen : I can't do anything else during that time

The question would be: why does it takes minutes (it does not here). Please let us know what is displayed on the splash as NT "hangs" on startup.

- Much much RAM does your PC have?
- what CPU class?

Well it doesn't hang it's just a bit slow maybe it's just I do only have 1 Go Ram (I can't put more on my notebook) whereas I have an Intel Celeron 2.7 GHz

What it says is if I remember:
- loading custom assemblies
- restoring workspace
- loading connection

Made a mistake it was on my desktop Pentium IV, on my notebook it's faster so still a bit slow but it's bearable.
