    Zenfire backdata

    Is anyone else experiencing problems with historical data today with Zenfire? I am getting live data, but no historical data for CL and ES front months.

    This is with beta 17 if that makes a difference.

    Same issue here, also beta17 if it matters. Nothing in the log tab.

      Hello guys, is the issue still current for you? I just tried on my end with ES 09-10 and CL 08-10 on default 24 / 7 session and did not see an issue populating charts.

          You're welcome - which exact setup are you using (session template, front months, merge settings)? Are there any errors shown in your log tab? If you try reloading historical data, is the option available or greyed out?

            Session template: Default 24/7 for both ES and CL
            Front months: 9-10 ES, 8-10 CL
            Merge policies: both are set to Merge Non-Backadjusted

            No errors in the log tab. I can reload historical data (it isn't greyed out), but it just reloads the data that I already had, not the missing data.

              Guys, there had been outage on NT data servers which was resolved around 1AM EST today. This resulted in data no properly being recorded between session start Sunday afternoon and that time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

                  no historical data

                  since yesterday i am not getting historical data, and even the reload historical data is greyed out.

                  I am using NT 7 beta 17 with Zenfire data. I have tried deleting my brokerage account - repairing the database - then adding the account back. Historical data is enabled. No errors in the log. I have restarted NT and my computer several times - i am still not getting historical data for any instruments.

                  I just downgraded from multibroker to single broker license - could that be causing the problem? any suggestions on how i can fix it?
