Program Fails to Open - Error: Trace File

I recently got the following message when attempting to open NinjaTrader. Initially, I got the message with NinjaTrader 6.5, but I uninstalled 6.5 and downloaded 7 to see if this would cure the problem, but I still get the same message. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

"Error: NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down. Information has been written to the trace file. Please restart NinjaTrader and send us an email via Help > Mail to Support and include information on how you may have encountered this problem. This email will automatically embed relevant trace file information to help us diagnose the problem."

...problem is I can't open NinjaTrader to send this email.

Just email is directly and attach you log and trace files in: Documents>ninjatrader 6.5> log and trace. Reproduce the issue and send us only the most recent log and trace file via email. Also ad a link to this thread for our reference.
