Some FX pairs don´t work

Sorry for my english please. I have a problem with some pairs... they are not running and I don´t know why. Please look at the screenshot.

I use NT7
All pairs have default settings.

Who are you connected to? In addition, can you check the log tab in the control center and see if there's an error message listed.

I use Gain Capital and in the log file are no error messages.
