    WhacOut 10,000 plus order volume

    I've got two sets of sell orders, 99,000 qty and 90,000 qty that I don't know where the came from
    and that I can't delete. Orders say they are pending. Fill is at 1.0007 EUR/USD to sell.
    Gain is the quote I'm using.

    Thank you for your post.

    If the orders were in the simulated account can you please reset the sim101 account.

    Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    • Select the "Simulator" tab
    • Press the "Reset" button

    If they are on the live account then you will want to contact your broker regarding those particular orders, and you can send your log and trace files for today's date to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
    Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
