Reload historical data is greyed out/not working

Thank you for your post & welcome to NinjaTrader!
Oftentimes when the option to “Reload Historical Data” is grayed out, it means that your data provider does not support historical data for the interval you are trying to view.
If you require data, please see this table that lists our supported data vendors & the levels of service offered:
