Reload historical data is greyed out/not working

Just got me an account and trying to work charts but the feature " reload historical data from on chart menu is greyed out and working .
What to do ?

Oftentimes when the option to “Reload Historical Data” is grayed out, it means that your data provider does not support historical data for the interval you are trying to view.
