exchange ICE_NYBOT not supported by Ninja Trader

Morning,

NYBOT not supported , this is the first error message in the log file when connecting to PATS,
checked out everything what Kyle wrote in the Thread from 10-16-2009 about connection problems with NT and NYBOT , but nothing helped,
maybe somebody has another tip for me or my data provider ...

Can you please tell me what instrument you are attempting to receive data for when connected to Patsystems so I may further assist.

the message in the log : exchange ICE_NYBOT not supported by Ninja Trader,
comes directly after connecting to pats , without the attempt getting data for an instrument from the Nybot,
If I try to get data for example Russel nothing happens and the log file says : unable to suscribe to market......

Can you please confirm your Patsystems account is currently authorized to trade TF using the ICE_NYBOT exchange. If so please use the steps I have provided below to add the correct mapping in order to receive data:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• Remove the TF instrument from your Default list
• Select TF within the Available master instrument list
• Edit
• Misc tab
• Under the Mapping section next to Patsystems please input TF|ICE_NYBOT
• Click Ok
• Add the TF instrument back into your Default list

Please let me know if you receive data after this procedure.

yes I confirm Patsystems account is currently authorized for TF ,
but I tried out the steps you said but it didin´t help,
you think it is a Ninja or a provider problem?

To troubleshoot on my end please disconnect and forward your connection information to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your Patsystems connection information

Ok , last question : I´m authorized by my provider for the Russell and the Dollar Index , is there also another symbol for this instead of DX for Patssystem ? ( As you gave me for the Russel )

Yes, the Dollar index will be listed as DX within NinjaTrader.

It appears that mapping is currently configured for DX within NinjaTrader for Patsystems. Unfortunately my test account is not authorized for the DX instrument. I would be happy to troubleshoot this instrument as well once I have received your connection information.
