Can't download NT7 beta 17

I have NT7 beta 16 and tried to download beta 17 but when I click on download I'm redirected to application form for download, instead I'm able to NT 6.5.
What can I do?

Once you have put in your license key click on the 7.0.0.17 link. It will redirect you to a NT7 page. Scroll down to the bottom and press the Download link button after reviewing the information on the page.
