sec and tick charts

I have plenty of tick data. If I start from the control panel, I can pull up tick and second charts. However dropdown from the chat has only minutes and days, no seconds.

So when you go to the "1 Min" dropdown menue on your chart you don't see minute settings 1 through 60 then Tick, Volume, Range, and Seconds below it? I suspect that your connectivity provider does not support tick data. You can check here:

You are correct, i donot see tick, sec etc. I had looked at the link you referred to before submitting the issue, however it is immaterial because I have been leaving the tick and 6sec charts running for the last two months. So tsec data is in nt. I can run a sec chart without problems if i start from file-new-chart

When you enter the free license key in help>license key can you get the intervals? How about when you disconnect?

If you have the free license key in place and you are not connected you should have access to all available data types (intervals).
