I'm new to Ninja. I would like to be able to run 3-5 different strategies on 30-40 diferent stocks for each strategy. Will probably have 20-30 open positions at any given time. Using IB for feed and execution. Can Ninja handle this? If not what software will you recomend?

You can run multiple automated strategies simultaneously in NinjaTrader. It seems your strategies are quite heavy on CPU/memory consumption, so I am not sure if you can run these strategies without performance issues - it depends on what PC you have as well. I suggest to test it in simulation first. You can install NinjaTrader for free and trade in simulation.
