GC 8-10 data

There seems to be a gap in tick data for the GC 8-10 contract between 11:43AM and 12:00PM EST today. The minute data for this time period seems to be fine, however. This is with NT 7.16 and zenfire. I tried reloading historical data, and also deleting the tick data for today in the data manager, and then re-downloading it, but the gap is still there. I'm just wondering if this is a known issue or if its just me. Thanks.

I'm not seeing the missing data on my side possibly I'm looking in the wrong area. Can you please take a screenshot of the historical data manager or the chart where you think this data is missing.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach to the post on the forum.

Great thanks for identifying.

Yes I have this gap in data as well. This means that the NinjaTrader historical data server was not recording during this period therefor it will not be downloaded when you request historical data.

OK, thanks for clearing that up, just wanted to make sure it wasn't an error on my end.
