Ib data for etf

Hello, my IB volume data is working OK through NT for futures and individual stocks. ETF, like QQQQ and SPY appears inaccurate for current day and non-existant for prior days.

IB chart seems OK. Is there any known problem with IB volume feed through NT?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately I do not have access to QQQQ or SPY with our test account. Please forward me your IB credentials so I may attempt to test on my end. Also please include a screen shot of your chart so I may compare data.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.


Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your IB connection information
3.) Screen shot of your chart
