No data on charts

Yesterday charts stopped receiving data on 3pm and unable to see extended hours at premarket or after market.
using NT v 7 connected with TDAmeritrade.

magsab, which session templates are you using for which symbols on NT7?

Is this on latest Beta 16?

Any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

V 7 16 beta
all symbols have same problems
using default templates

Please clarify what you mean by default templates, the Default named ones or the ones we assigned to the symbols in shipping state, i.e. the RTH / cash hours of the symbols.

using default 24/7 session templates
now I have extended hours session but yesterday still all symbols stopped at 3:08pm
