currency in backtesting results

hi,

when i am backtesting the future dax i get profit and loss results in dollar.
however, when i do forward testing its displayed in euro.

i would like to change the backtesting profit and loss (currency) to euro.

how is that done in ninjatrader?

Hi Alex, unfortunately this is not possible.

that means when i backtest the fdax future ninjatrader automatically exchanges the euro profit and loss into dollar?
if that is true, is it exchanging euro into dollar at the current exchange rate?

The results would not be converted into USD, they would just show using this currency symbol. So if you win 5 FDAX pts, reported profit is still 125 which is the correct amount with a point value of 25.
