Two time frame stochastics crossing

Hi,

I would highly appreciate it if someone can tell me where to look at to make
a strategy like below.

I have two charts. One for 60 min and another for 15 min.
On 15 min chart, I have stochastics indicator on.
On 60 min chart, I also have stochastics indicator on

Long when %k crosses above %d line on 15 min chart if %k is above %d on 60 min chart.
Short when %k crosses below %d line on 15 min chart if %k is below %d on 60 min chart.

Basically I want to trade long or short when shorter time frame signal is same direction as longer time frame.
