Source for VIX or VXX?

I'm using NT7 in a test mode with Mirus. I need to plot 5 minute charts of VIX or VXX, either realtime or historical or both. What connection/source would I use to do this?

Thank you for your post.

For this, you will need to use a provider who offers data for indexes. (Mirus/Zen-Fire offers futures data only.)

IQFeed offers a 7-day free trial for NinjaTrader users.

While IQ is the only provider I know for a fact offers a free trial, I'm fairly sure any prospective provider would be willing to work with you.
