Setting up strategy

Hi,
I have had strategies running previously, however now when I try to set them up they will show on the chart but not show in the control center. I had a problem with the computer & I had to turn it off without shutting down & since then this has occurred. I have also noticed that as soon as I connect it says connection lost before it connects, this never happened before. Any clues?? Ta

Hi Jenny, are you looking under the 'Strategies' tab in the Control Center for seeing the enabled strategies working from your charts?

For the connection issues, please send us trace / log files via Help > Mail to Support so we can take a look 'under the hood' - thanks.

Thanks Bertrand, that is correct, no strategies showing in the tab button as they would normally show after set up. Ta

Thanks for clarifying, any errors in the log tab in the Control Center? Likely related to your connection issues, as you would need to be connected live in order to start strategies up - did you already sent in your files as suggested so we could review?
