I am running NT 6.0.04 in simulation mode and connecting with tradestation just fine. Day before yesterday I requested my broker a demo of Nt with patsystem feed.
Now I have created a patsystem connection according to Nt connection guide, with my broker supplied demo information and everything went smooth but could not connect to patsyatem, it just hangs at connecting patsystem message at right lower corner of control center and never connects and checking log does not reveal any error except connecting to price feed message
My broker has reset my password twice but no luck, he himself tried on his computer and he says he can connect just fine and can receive price feed.
I have fairly new computer with windows vista home premium with dual core processor and 2 gig of memeory. I have disabled vista firewall and disabled antivirus, but still no connection. by the way I have tried this on a windows xp machine but still no connection, this is intriguing that how my broker can connect but not me
