No chart drawing

Hi,

I am running NT 7 with the simulated data feed and no chart is drawing even if the simulated data feed is publishing data.

Hello Steven,

Can you please check what session template is selected in the chart. Could it be the session template that is selected excludes the current time, so it will not receive any real-time data? Please select the 'Default 24/7' template in the Data Series window and you should receive real-time data in the chart.

If the issue persists, please check if the instrument in question has a 'Sim feed start price' defined. Go to Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Enter a 'Sim feed start price' if none is defined.
