Unable to remove old version error

I had Ninja installed on my laptop some time ago and removed it. I was installing a new copy and recieve error unable to access file tmpF. I was unable to find the file so i canceled out of the file browser. The Ninja install Screen then showed error "unable to remove previous version." and canceled the installation.

This message indicates that the NinjaTrader uninstaller file is missing. In most cases, this will occur if a clean-up program that deletes temp files is ran or if those temp files are deleted manually.

To resolve this issue, run the Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp utility listed below. Once the utility is running, select NinjaTrader from the list and select Remove. It will then be possible to reinstall NinjaTrader successfully.

Thanks for the quick responce. I downloaded the windows clean up utility but Ninja is not on the list of programs available.
