Chart Price Spikes 50 & 60 points plus

I often get big price spikes on my NT tick charts at random moments during the day. They can be as much as 50 and 60 points in height and cause my chart and indicators to distort making the chart unusable until the spike scrolls off the chart several hours later. I have noticed that my eSignal tick charts running concurrently are not effected. Please can you suggest what may be causing this

These likely are bad ticks coming in. There you could do about it, since the problem is with eSignal's data (I suppose you get the NT realtime data from eSignal).

Next major update (available by fall time frame) will provide a tick filter though

Thanks but the Nt datafeed is via Spike trading and is seperate from eSignals data.
