new traders want fast start

I am looking for anybody that has a decent setup for the ATM.
I trade the russell and usually 5-10 contracts. does any body have
a nice atm for setting the trail stops and targets?

Your settings should be based on your trade plan which should have been back tested to know what your numbers are. If you are trading 10 contracts and don't know this already you are going to hit the brick wall doing about 150mph.

If you don't know this you are a disaster waiting to happen. I am not trying to be mean nor intend no offense but it is like asking how do I start a car and not even knowing you need a key.
