Connecting from a Library

Hello, I'm attempting to connect from a library. The internet is fine, I can browse and everything, but somehow the library must have a block or something that prevents NT from connecting. Is there a way around this?

Thank you for your post.

When connecting you will need to have your PC firewall and your anti-virus modified to allow NinjaTrader.

You can disable and then try, but since you are connecting in a library I am not sure this will work as they may have servers that prevent the specific ports needed from passing through.

Yeah their router may have ports blocked at the library. I'm at Mcdonalds and its working very well.

Glad to hear you are able to connect. You could speak with the IT people at the library to see if it would be possible in the future. If you end up doing that please let us know which provider you are using and we should be able to help them out with the right information.
