Can't trade NYMEX

Hi my broker is Velocity Futures.

I can access and trade EUREX and US index futures but I can't place trades in commodities like GC and CL. I can load the charts but I can't place any trades in those markets.

I asked my broker about it and they said to make sure it's connected to GLOBEX. I'm not sure what they mean because it appears the only server/exchange available to choose in NT for GC and CL is NYMEX.

Or am I not looking in the right places :P

Thank you for your post.

Please use the steps I have provided below to add the Globex Exchange to CL and GC:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• Remove CL and GC from your Default list
• Select CL within the Available master instrument list
• Edit
• Definitions tab
• Please put a check next to Globex within the Exchanges window
• Click Ok
• Add CL back into your Default list with Globex selected as the Exchange
• Repeat this procedure for GC
