NT wont connect to my LIVE acct?!

NT wont connect to my live acct, and I want to trade. whats going on, MB trading works on its own but not with NT?! I restarted my comp and its till not working. I need to fix this asap.

Yes, og course. I restarted the comp, and it just connected after attempting to connetct for a while?! even though mb's platform connected right away... why is that?

Thanks, I appreciate the support however you guys should consider getting a phone number IMO.

We provide outbound phone support on a daily basis but utilize electronic means first if possible for all inbound inquiries.

There is no inbound phone support and all incoming inquiries are handled by email. However, if we can't solve an issue within a few emails we will schedule a call with you.
